The Arts and Technology curriculum has been designed to provide not only a wide range of technical knowledge and ability, but also inspire creativity. Endeavoring to make technology and arts accessible, inclusive and meaningful through diverse approaches to creative and technological innovation.
In Key Stage Three in Technology (Years 7, 8 and 9), students experience three areas of technology: product design, resistant materials and food technology. These operate as a carousel, meaning all students have access to all areas of technology throughout the year. Students also study ICT. In addition, all students study music and art throughout Key Stage 3.
