This half term we have been celebrating European Day of Languages. In our assembly we discussed the importance of learning languages and delving into the culture of countries to really understand the language.

Our two competitions proved to be really popular this year.

We had some fantastic bake off entries. Students sent in a selfie with their delicious cakes, biscuits and dishes – it was just a shame that we didn’t get the chance to taste them this year!

Students were also invited to design a t-shirt for European Day of Languages. We were overwhelmed by the incredible t-shirt designs, we really do have some talented students.

Well done to everyone that took part. All entrants received their certificate and prize.
