If you are unhappy about any aspect of your child’s education or experience at the academy, please make an appointment to see your child’s Personalised Learning Tutor (secondary) or the person best placed to deal with the issue. We would hope that discussing the matter with the Tutor (or the appropriate member of staff) should be enough to resolve the problem. If, however, you are still unhappy and wish to take the matter further you should follow the Complaints Procedure (found on our Policies page)
All colleagues will respond to you as quickly as possible. Do please keep in mind they will have a number of existing commitments such as teaching and existing meetings which may unfortunately delay their response to you.
